I started my first website at 13.
From then on, I’ve worked on dozens of digital projects, both professional and personal, including launching 3 businesses, being recognized by Google for outstanding work on the Google+ platform on behalf of clients, and appearing on multiple Fox National News segments as a Social Media Expert contributor.
My passion lies both in exploring both the art and science of social media and digital marketing; blending content creation and surface sentiment with deeply-rooted data. My desire to take a numbers-first approach to social media marketing led me to pursue

and complete a Professional Certificate in Data Analytics at The Fashion Institute of Technology, one of the first collegiate institutions in the country to offer a such a program.
In addition to my passion for digital marketing, I have a deep affinity for learning and development, with much of my career being dedicated to developing, creating and writing training materials as an instructional designer. Having started by writing ‘free-to-download’ ebooks and ‘social media playbooks’ for my blog readers, this later translated into writing official social media ‘Policy and Procedure’ documents for larger clients as a part of my social media career. Later, this experience evolved into an official position with The Container Store as Training Manager where I was an in-store instructional designer, helping to build and produce training materials for company-wide consumption and engaging in an interactive feedback process to continue improving those materials for in-store teams across the country. As a part of the Training Team, I also traveled to new stores across the country to support the new store opening process and train new employees.
