At The Container Store, I helped to create, develop and design training materials for sales employee education and development alongside the corporate team. At the store level, I facilitated and coordinated the successful roll-out of various new products through training, including the luxury TCS Custom Closets line, now core to their business. I was also a part of the National New Store Opening Training Team, opening new stores and training new associates across the nation. As a leader, I was responsible for creating and executing Personal Development Plans for my team and coaching sales associates to grow their individual sales contributions by regularly providing feedback, support and learning opportunities.
