In my current role, I support the Sales Operations and Commercial Development Team (200+ employees nationwide) as the Manager of Learning and Development. By combining technology with my experience in adult learning and sales-capability improvement, I design and implement learning and development solutions that achieve business results. Areas of focus include onboarding, sales curriculum design, deliberate practice programming, sales capability building, closing skill gaps and evolving current skill sets.

Additionally, I provide performance consulting to other Nestle operating companies as a subject matter expert in instructional design theories, frameworks and implementation, including Nestle USA and Purina, and internal Nestle Waters/BlueTriton Brands business functions, including HR.
